Your digital assets move only the way your rules allow.
Custody for your company's stablecoins and tokens, with every action written down.
Write to support@cloudax.io. Sotirea is in testing now, on a test network with coins that have no value.
Choose your rules. Every payment answers to them.
No rule builder to learn. Pick the shape that fits, fill in your own numbers, and Sotirea checks every payment against it before anything is signed.
-
Open
Payments go out without extra checks.
For when you want payments to go straight out.
-
Limited
Up to 5,000 USDT a payment and 20,000 USDT a day.
Caps what can leave, per payment and over time.
-
Approved destinations only
Money goes only to approved addresses.
A mistyped or swapped address is refused, not paid.
-
A second person agrees
A colleague approves any payment over 10,000 USDT.
One person alone can't move a large amount.
Whatever you choose
Nobody approves their own payment. When a rule says no, the payment stops before anything is sent, and the person who asked is told which rule and what to do next.
Not sent Payments may only go to approved destinations, and this address isn't one. Someone who manages destinations can add it. Example message
Send stablecoins without ever holding the network's own coin.
Every blockchain charges a small fee to move anything on it, paid in its own coin. That usually means keeping some of that coin in every account you send from.
With Sotirea you top up one gas pool for each network, and it pays the fee for every payment from every vault. Each fee shows on its payment. If the pool can't cover one, the payment is refused before it is sent, never halfway through.
A payment the network is slow to take can be sped up or cancelled from the console.
Each vault is its own account on the blockchain.
Every vault is a Safe smart account: an account on the chain that holds your money at its own address and decides who may move it. The key that signs for a vault is one part of that account, not the money itself.
Signing happens in a separate service that does nothing else and is the only part of Sotirea that ever holds a key. Test and Live use different keys and separate organisations, and a Test organisation cannot send on a live network.
- Where your money sits
- At the vault's own address on the chain
- Who can sign
- One isolated service, nothing else
- Test and Live
- Separate keys, separate organisations
Start in Test. Go Live after a review.
Everything works in Test, on coins with no value, so your team learns Sotirea before any real money is involved.
-
Sign up
You get a Test organisation with vaults, payments, rules and approvals all working.
-
Set up
Open vaults, pick their rules, invite your team and give them roles.
-
Apply
Send the five things we need to review, from the console. Keep working in Test meanwhile.
-
Go Live Not open yet
We approve, decline, or ask for something specific. Approval creates your Live organisation.
Live opens once our production key setup is finished. Until then, Sotirea runs on a test network only.
Everyone signs in. Everything is written down.
- Two-factor for everyone
- Every person signs in with a password and a code from their phone. No exceptions, including owners.
- Roles named after your jobs
- Combine permissions into roles like "Treasury approver", or start from ready-made ones.
- A second person for powerful changes
- Giving someone the power to move money or manage access waits for a second person who manages access to agree.
- A full record
- Every action by every person, payments included, is kept in an audit trail your team can read.
An API for your own software. Being built now.
API keys, payments and webhooks, under the same rules as your people. A key can ask for a payment but never approve one. Send the same request twice and it pays once.
A preview of the API in progress: this asks for 2,500 of a token with 6 decimals, named by its contract. Details may change before it opens.
